Hello All, I have been a full time RE Agent since May of 2005. In that short amount of time I have become a top 5% producer in my office of over 120 agents. I credit my success to a great attitude, a hunger for knowledge and a passion of the business. My approach to this business is to provide a resource for people curious about real estate. I am low pressure and focus heavily on doing what’s best for my clients while providing excellent customer service. Being low pressure with my current and past clients doesn’t mean I don’t aggressively negotiate the best deal for my buyers or get the most for my sellers. I pride myself on thoroughly knowing the market and pursuing the motivation of the co’sellers and buyers to know how aggressive I can be in my negotiations.
